It took about 2-3 weeks after I applied online to get a call back. The interview process was really good and made me feel comfortable because the interviewers seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me. I got an offer the next day over the phone from HR. The HR team was professional and nice the whole time, even though I ended up declining the offer.
