Technical

The process went smoothly and felt fair. It involved a written test where they examined nursing core skills and general knowledge. The content was really important; otherwise, some folks left the exam looking down because they already knew they didn't do well.

The interview was really good, everyone was nice and patient. There were two women and one man on the panel. They made me feel comfortable, which helped calm my nerves. They were professional but also approachable, and I could really express myself. It was a positive experience and I liked how they paid attention to my answers.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process was quick. However, I found it redundant to ask a candidate with 5 years of experience about vision 2030 pillars and mission and vision questions. The worth of a candidate cannot be purely measured through technical questions. It was a very stiff and boring panel interview.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

I applied by mail and the interview invites came by mail too. The interview was with a panel of clinical and administrative people, and they asked the usual questions like why I want the job, my strengths, and weaknesses. They also asked clinical questions about managing specific illnesses. Since the salary and benefits were standard for everyone at the same level, there was no negotiation. I got the job offer in the mail, and it was marked urgent because they really needed someone. I had to start within two weeks and also get a medical exam done.

  • Regarding ethics, what would you do in a theoretical situation involving a coworker?
