The interview process involved an aptitude test with timely questions covering patterns, math, English, and mechanical/electrical topics. Then there was an application questions round, which was scheduled online, in an essay format. You had 40 minutes to write on a Word document and send it back via email. Finally, there was a physical interview.

Applied, then had a physical interview, followed by a medical check and then an offer. There was also a fair interview where they asked questions about the job description and process improvements. My advice is to just prepare for the interview based on the job description.

They asked me about my past work and education. Then, they presented some scenarios about handling conflicts and customer service. I also had to talk about my values and how they fit with the company's, plus show I knew something about the company.

If everything checks out, you'll get a job offer. You can then negotiate the details like salary and benefits. Once you agree, you accept, and then they bring you on board with training and all that. It really just depends on the job and the company how long and tough it all is, but it's all about finding the right person and making sure the job is right for you too.
