It was a very upbeat, friendly, and casual interview. The atmosphere was relaxed. The interviewer was interested in my previous work experience and also went over some of the day-to-day responsibilities of a claims adjuster. Overall, it was a comfortable experience which made the interview go smoothly.

The interview process started with a phone interview, followed by two in-person interviews at HQ in Louisville. It took a really long time, over 4 months, to get the job offer, so be ready to wait if you want the job. The people were friendly and professional, and the building is nice, but the inside looks pretty dated.

People from different offices and departments were involved. They did a good job of keeping me informed during the process.
