Consultant
the interview process was pretty intimidating but manageable. you just gotta stay calm and not get too nervous. hope this helps, but yeah, interviewed by a senior who asked basic questions like 'tell me about yourself'.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Customer Success Manager
I got an email to schedule my first interview using a calendly link. I picked a time, got the meeting details, and then got another email saying the time was moved back by 30mins. I thought it was a bit strange they changed it without asking, but it was fine since I was still available. The day before, I got a reminder email with a different time. I emailed to confirm the time, and they called me back to confirm the date and time. Then, no one showed up for my interview. I emailed to see if I should reschedule, and HR replied that they couldn't make it and to use the link to reschedule, but they didn't provide the link. I found it in my emails and rescheduled. Then, they emailed saying they had to cancel and to reschedule again! I was really frustrated but decided to try one more time. They cancelled a third time, so I never even got to speak with anyone. It was frustrating to get the run around like that. Candidates put a lot of effort into preparing for interviews, so it's really discouraging when a company treats a candidate this way.

Operations Manager
So I applied and got contacted by an internal recruiter pretty fast. They sent over a link for some behavioral questions, which is weird because the actual interview with them was the exact same questions. I pointed it out, and they seemed surprised. Then I got another email for a different assessment and an invite for an onsite with the two company owners. While I was there, they were literally ordering pizza and interviewing me at the same time, switching the phone to talk about toppings and stuff. It was wild, they kept walking in and out to talk to the delivery guy while I was answering, I had to pause so many times. I felt like I was on a prank show.
- When you were a child, what did you aspire to become?
- Could you share your thoughts on Artificial intelligence?
Executive Assistant
I started by filling out some forms about my personality and experiences. Then, after they reviewed that, I had a 30-minute Zoom chat with the head of HR. We talked about my past work and school stuff and how it fits the job. I was a bit bummed I didn't hear back afterward, but I get it, I didn't get the role. Still, a formal heads-up would have been nice. Overall, it was a decent experience.
- What keeps you motivated to finish your tasks?
