Had a virtual 1 on 1 with the hiring manager. Then, I had an in-person interview where I met some team members. They mostly asked vibe-based questions, prioritizing cultural fit over experience.

Went through a few phone calls and then an in-person interview. Seemed like a lot of interview stages considering the pay, but it was fine. Didn't get an offer in the end.

Had a phone meeting and then an in-person interview. We met at the town office, they asked me some questions, and we went over my qualifications and things I did in my past jobs. We talked about technology use and different things that they do. They also explained the hours and expectations clearly.

It was a two-part process. First, a phone screen with some get-to-know-you questions and to see if your background fits the role. Then, an in-person interview with the hiring manager. The interview was pretty laid back and conversational. They also gave me a good overview of the role and what my day-to-day would be like.
