I applied and quickly got an email from HR for a pre-technical screening call. I had a nice chat with a junior HR person who asked some general questions. After two weeks of no response to my follow-up email, I emailed again. A few months passed, and the job is still posted, with recruiters still reaching out for me to apply, but I've heard nothing back. It's a shame because I was excited about this company, but this treatment has soured the experience. I doubt I'll hear back, and if I do, I won't be interested.

Had a few stages of interviews - 2 over the phone and 2 in person. The first was with the HR manager to get a sense of what I was looking for. The second was with another presales engineer. The face-to-face interviews started with a presales engineer (same one from the call) and the regional manager, where we discussed my experience and how I'd fit in. The final face-to-face was with the regional manager and the EMEA sales director, which was more challenging with direct and introspective questions. They all formed their own opinions without seeking feedback from each other, which I think is a good approach. Feedback was swift and positive.

I got the job details from the University of Limerick and applied straight to the HR Director. They replied saying they were looking over applications. After that, the HR Director sent me an email to come for an interview at the EMEA HQ in Limerick. When I got there, I parked in the wrong building because the sign for Kemp was on the old building they used to be in. A customer support person met me at the door and showed me to the conference room for the interview. Overall, the hiring process was good. I liked that everyone in the office said hello and was nice. The only thing I'd mention is that the sign for Kemp isn't on the right building, which could stress people out who are already nervous.

After the recruiter reached out, I had a phone chat, then a meeting with the hiring manager, and a paid visit to HQ to meet the exec team. I also spoke with colleagues in Ireland and Germany via Skype about the role and their company experiences. The recruiter was super helpful throughout, especially when I got another offer.
