It was a bit long, but not complicated at all. They mostly ask about your experience, the places you've worked, the tasks you've done, and things like that.

I had an HR interview in July, then a technical interview in August, and finally an onsite interview in September where they flew me to Florida. The whole process was smooth, with good discussions with the hiring manager and VP of Sales. Afterward, I was told I'd hear back in two weeks. Two weeks later, the hiring manager mentioned he liked my skills but wanted to be 100% sure I was the right fit, so he gave me a job-related task involving Machine Learning. I sent him a report explaining how it could be done, noting the lack of data, and expressed my anticipation for a job offer. He replied two weeks later saying 'data is on the website.' After that, the hiring manager stopped responding to emails, though HR kept saying I was still under consideration and a decision hadn't been made. It's been four months now. They expect candidates to complete a full job task just to prove themselves, which seems immature and raises questions about legality given it's essentially the job description.

I sent in my application online for an entry-level FAE job. The HR manager reached out the next day asking for a quick phone chat. We scheduled it for the next day and talked for about 15 minutes about basic things like my motivation for the role, why I'd be a good fit, and if I had the required qualifications. Two days later, she called again to set up a phone interview with a senior FAE. I scheduled it for the following Tuesday. The senior FAE went through my college courses and resume projects during our 45-minute conversation. He also asked about my ability to handle pressure and teamwork, and if I was willing to travel and put in long hours. Unfortunately, three days after that, I received an email stating they had found more suitable candidates.

So I had a bunch of interviews. First, a 15 minute call with a recruiter, then a 30 minute chat with HR. After that, there was an hour long conference call with the Director of Sales, Director of Client Services, and another person. Later, I had an in person interview with the Director of Client Services, and then a final interview with the Area Sales Manager.
