So the process had 3 rounds basically. First, a screening call with the recruiter, then two online rounds. Then the final round was an onsite interview to finish everything up.

It was a three-stage interview process. First, an HR Generalist did a phone screening. Then, I had my first in-person interview with the Director of Virtual Service. After that, I received a call with the offer. The whole thing took about two weeks. There was also a Talent exam to assess my skills and personal traits for potential future roles.

they phone screen as much as possible, then do formatted situational questions over the phone and then in person. If you fit their box, you're in. It's like an audit, just answer the question they ask, don't offer extra info that could hurt you.
