I interviewed with the Plant Manager in a pretty bad office setting. The chair didn't adjust, and I was squeezed in a small space. The interviewer seemed to scrutinize every detail on my resume. At one point, she closed her eyes while I was answering a question, and I even thought she fell asleep because she didn't respond for about 15 seconds. She then claimed she was just thinking about the next question. Apparently, this is typical behavior for her; she nitpicks resumes and has even dozed off in meetings. I didn't follow up with my recruiters after this experience.
