Behavioral

It was a decent interview, lasting about 30 minutes. The interviewer was nice, listened well, answered my questions, and clearly explained company information and the job scope for a management trainee. However, I personally didn't like it, particularly the job responsibilities of a management trainee.

Coding Technical System Design Behavioral

First, there was an online assessment on Codility with 10 MCQ questions on SQL and 2 medium-level coding tests. Then, a technical interview that lasted an hour. It was supposed to be in English, but it ended up being in Vietnamese. It included an easy/medium coding lesson and questions about language knowledge. The next round was a system design interview, also an hour long and in English. I spoke with a leader and a team member from Singapore. The system design part wasn't too hard but touched on all areas: database schema, cache, authentication, design choices, scaling, frontend design, and so on. The final round was with the hiring manager, in English and lasting an hour. This round had a medium-level coding lesson and questions about Restful, DNS, and TCP/UDP. The questions were pretty similar to what's on Glassdoor. There were also some behavioral questions.

  • Can you explain the need for OOPs?
