The selection process started with a video call interview where I spoke with a recruiter. Then, I was invited for an in-person interview. During this meeting, I had the chance to talk with several team members, which gave me a better understanding of the company culture and its expectations. All these conversations were very interesting and enriching, allowing me to gain new perspectives and confirm my interest in the position.

Applied online, then the recruiter reached out. Had a good initial chat with the recruiter who encouraged me to apply for an analyst role. It took them a month to reply to my emails, and when they did, they gave me an exercise to complete, only to then tell me the position was already filled. They suggested I keep in touch and reach out again in about a month regarding full-time roles. My subsequent emails were ignored. The recruiting team was completely incompetent.

I entered the company premises and was at reception. After I told them I was there for an interview, the receptionist asked me to wait while she called the manager. I waited for about half an hour with no response and wasn't even offered water. Then, HR came and told me to wait in a room, stating a technical person would be available within 30 minutes. After that, they informed me I could leave for the day.
