First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kelogg.
Production Shift Leader
It was a typical interview, asking about soft skills, hard skills, where I see myself in a few years, and to explain my experience. The questions were pretty basic, otherwise quite standard. The interviewer was very nice and friendly.
- Tell me about your soft skills.
- Tell me about your hard skills.
Product Developer
I had two phone screens with HR, then I went in for two in-person interviews. The first in-person was with my direct manager, and the second was with the department director.
- Tell me about a time you faced a tough situation or made an error.
Teacher
It was a pretty straightforward interview process, and I got great support from the whole team. It felt like a unique opportunity. I'd recommend it to anyone; it was a really positive experience. The interview difficulty was about average, but the team was very helpful. There was a slightly challenging aptitude test as well.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Analyst
It was a great interview with lots of good technical and coding questions. It was also fun. The interviewer was kind and gave me time to think about my answers. Overall, it was a great experience.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
