It was a messy but straightforward interview process. I found the management there to be among the worst I've encountered. Ultimately, I was let go, which turned out to be the best outcome for me. They cited my ambition for a promotion and impatience as the reasons. I ended up starting my own company within six months of being unemployed, and now, seven years later, I own a multi-million dollar e-commerce and wholesale distribution business, earning over $600k annually. So, I channeled that ambition productively. My advice: if you're over 25, don't bother applying. It might be okay for fresh college grads, but otherwise, it's a waste of your time.

Behavioral Technical Case

I sent in my application and heard back about one to two weeks later. My first interview was a phone screen with a recruiter who said she'd let me know about the next steps in a few weeks. Three weeks later, I was invited for an in-person interview at their office. Since I was still at school, we scheduled it for the week after graduation. The office was small and quiet, but nice. I met with three managers who asked me some basic questions. They were all very friendly and easy to talk to. They were understanding if you didn't know much about the company and even explained things. However, it's best to do some research beforehand so you can at least give a general answer when asked what you know about the company. They also gave me a short test involving accounting books. If you have an accounting degree or some finance knowledge, you should be okay. The interview lasted about an hour and a half. I sent thank you notes to each interviewer right after, and got an offer about a week later.

Interviews were bad, they didn't give me any timeline updates. They said they would give me an offer but then ghosted me. Management is terrible. HR is always unavailable. I wouldn't recommend working here.
