Account Manager
I applied online and got a call from a recruiter pretty fast, like within a day or two. The first part was this thing where I had to record myself answering about 10 questions on my phone using the Digital Hire app. Then, I had an hour-long zoom chat with one of the top account managers. After that, there was a quick 15-20 min zoom call with the CEO. Honestly, the whole thing was super chill and fun, the manager and CEO were great to talk to, it barely felt like an interview. They actually offered me the job right then during my chat with the CEO.
- Why did you want to start a career in sales?
- Can you share a couple of your strengths and weaknesses?
- Any other basic behavioral or interview questions etc
Account Manager
The staff was really nice and professional. I started with an online interview where I had to record myself answering 4 questions. After that, I was invited to the office for a second round. In the office, I first interviewed with an account manager for about 45 minutes, and then I had a shorter interview with a more senior manager for about 15 minutes.
- Could you sell me this pen?
- What's something about you that isn't on your resume?
- From my perspective, why would you be a good fit for this role?
Account Manager
First, I sent in a video. Then, they called me back on the phone to schedule the next interview, which is going to be a Zoom call. I'm excited to see what this company has to offer.
- What makes you believe you'd be a valuable asset to our team?
