It was long but not the worst experience I have ever had. It was still manageable and not too much of a hassle but I see why it could be for some people.

I got selected for an interview by the recruiter, and they asked me the typical questions you get in these interviews. She mentioned I'd hear back the following week, but it's been over a month now, so I'm guessing they ghosted me. It's disappointing for a well-known business school to treat potential candidates so disrespectfully and dismissively.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • They seemed really interested in my ability to book international travel, and it was the only thing they focused on that I hadn't done before.
  • It's not my fault that my previous employers didn't require me to book international travel, but I can definitely do it.

Interview was about 45 minutes. I spoke with an admissions team member and a first-year student who mostly observed and shared their own experience. It was pretty straightforward, with common questions.

I first sent my resume to a search consultant. Then, I had a phone call with the search consultant where we mostly talked about the role and I got to ask some questions. After that, I had an in-person interview with two staff members, one of whom was the hiring manager. Both of these interviews were pretty casual and conversational, and they didn't ask too many direct questions.
