First, I talked to the HR person. Then I met with the two team members for the graphic/marketing group. I showed them my portfolio, but we didn't really get into the typical interview talk like my goals, aspirations, or the 'why' behind my designs. They then asked me to come back for some sample photography and photo editing, which is spec work, I know. I was also surprised to meet the guy who runs the whole facility at the very last minute for a quick and awkward chat, and I'm still not totally sure if it was a formal interview or not.
