I went through an HR round and then 2 interview rounds. The first round was virtual with the hiring manager and a team member, and we had to solve a case study. The second round was in-person at the New York office with the manager and director of the Strategic Pricing Team.

A legal recruiter posted the job on Indeed.com. The interview process was nice and included a 30-minute chat with the practice chair and a 15-minute meeting with HR. I heard back about the firm's decision within a week.

The interview process is fair, with 2 to 3 interviews. They have nice new offices in the World Trade Center. Testing is also done, and you'll meet with other assistants to make sure it's a good fit.
