First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Keller Postman.
Project Assistant
I had a quick Teams call with the HR Business Partner first. Then, I interviewed with a Sr. Project Assistant, and finally, I had a short chat with the Project Support Manager. It was a good overall experience.
- Are you comfortable using Excel daily?
Software Developer
After a three-week wait for the initial contact, I went through approximately one interview per week for the following three to four weeks with various individuals. This culminated in four interviews, with the final one being a technical assessment where I coded a solution presented to me by a developer. Following the coding exercise, I was asked questions about it, and the interaction seemed positive, to the point where the interviewer suggested a further round if I had more questions. The next day, the recruiter informed me that an offer for the lead position was unlikely but a senior developer role might be possible. However, this was quickly retracted five minutes later with the news that I was not selected for any position. This entire process spanned over a month and involved four interviews, only to be rejected after successfully completing the technical interview.
- Implement a file system that operates entirely in memory.
Data Analyst
It was a horrible experience. I went through three rounds of interviews and also a take-home assessment that the hiring manager loved. But then I got ghosted before the final interview. To make it worse, the recruiter, who was my main contact, quit before my final interview. Really frustrating overall.
- What behavioral questions did they ask?
- What technical questions were asked related to tools?
Associate
Interviews with several associates and partners for about 30 minutes each. Interviews were by zoom. Process took about three weeks. Also submitted writing sample. Friendly and cordial interviews. Covered past experience and reasons for making a move.
- What is your experience with mass tort litigation and working with plaintiffs?
