First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Keeley Construction.
Marketing Assistant
I went through 7 interviews in total, some were in person at their office and others were via Skype, and I also had a couple of phone interviews. The very last interview was with someone I had already spoken to three times before and they asked me the same basic questions they asked me at the very start of the process. It felt like a total waste of time for me, for them, and for the company, which honestly makes me think their work ethic and how they manage their time could use some improvement. Then they completely ghosted me and I left 3 voicemails with no reply back. It was a pretty terrible way to tell someone they didn't get the job.
- If you won the lottery, what would you do?
Receptionist
I met with the manager and the receptionist. It was a very professional and welcoming environment. The manager started the interview with a casual chat to get to know me better. The conversation was engaging. The receptionist was very informative and gave me good insights into the daily job duties. The end of the interview was pleasant and encouraging.
- What makes you want to be a receptionist?
Project Controls Specialist
It was a conversational interview, they were open to questions and got straight to the point. I had a phone interview with HR first, then an in-person interview with the supervisor. It feels like a great company to work for and the interview process was enjoyable.
- Can you explain how your experience aligns with the requirements of this role?
Data Analyst
The process kicked off with a prescreening phone call to check if I fit. Then there was a full interview to show what I can do. After the interview, they did a thorough background check. Once that was all clear, I got onboarded.
- Tell me about a challenging problem from your past work, detailing your approach with advanced data science methods, the obstacles faced, and the final results.
