it was very chill, basically just some questions about how you think about taking care of kids. there was one HR call to screen you, then a longer 30 minute call with management. just seem competent and like you have some experience with kids and you'll do fine.

I had one phone call interview that was pretty easy and lasted about 30 minutes. They asked about my leadership experience and my experience with childcare. There were also some scenario questions about how I'd handle situations with kids, parents, or employees.
