First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Keas.
Marketing
There wasn't a specific role I applied for. The first chat was informal and went well. Then I was asked to meet with another head of department. This meeting was unexpectedly aggressive and angry, and they were also late. I felt so unsafe that I had to leave the interview. It was a really bad experience, and I hope no one else has to go through that.
- Could you tell me about your background and experience?
Wellness Coordinator
First, we had a Skype chat to get acquainted. We talked about the job and what's expected, and also about the company culture at Keas and what's helped them improve. They also asked about my background. The interviewer really wanted to use Skype, but the connection was bad, making it tough to follow. It's been about two weeks, and I haven't heard back about setting up a more formal interview.
- Tell me about a weakness you have.
Operations Intern
The interview process is friendly and supportive. Mostly behavioral questions are asked, and they can typically be answered using the S.T.A.R. method. There are no technical questions for this interview. The work can range from very technical to more management focused. Overall, this interview and hiring process is very friendly, and the other employees are happy to provide mentorship.
- Regarding the future of healthcare tech, what are your thoughts on its upcoming developments?
Sales
I met a bunch of different people from various teams, not just sales. Management really cares about who they bring on board at Keas and gets involved in the hiring decisions.
- Can you tell me about a significant career failure and its impact on your professional journey and performance?
