First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kearfott.
Production Planning Manager
The interview process included standard questions about background and management style. HR conducted a straightforward and professional interview. However, the hiring manager interview was disappointing as they seemed disinterested and asked few questions. I felt the process could have ended after the HR interview given the limited new information shared.
- Can you tell me about your management style?
Contracts Coordinator
So it was pretty standard, they called me first, then I had another phone call, and the last interview was on-site with the manager and the purchasing manager. Took about 3 weeks to get the first call after applying. The other steps took about a week each.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Senior Engineering Specialist
It was a standard interview process. I met with several managers and some HR folks. They asked typical interview questions, and also some technical ones. They talked about their products and programs. This company has a long history and very knowledgeable managers. Most people are really nice and won't try to trick you. It was a pretty relaxed interview process.
- What kind of work do you enjoy the most?
Manufacturing Engineer
I went in for an on-site interview. They gave me a good overview of their company and products, focusing on areas where they're looking to innovate. We then chatted about my background and skills that would fit. Afterwards, we took a tour of the manufacturing floor, and I got to meet some of the team and hear about their day-to-day work.
- Could you tell me more about your past internship experiences?
