Tax Associate
The hiring process involved three rounds, which included submitting a video response to some questions. The second and third interviews took place at the Rockwall office and featured meetings with several VPs and the hiring coordinator. Before these interviews, a personality test was administered, and its results were discussed.

Consultant
First, you'll do an assessment that's pretty easy. Then, there's a remote interview where HR records the questions, and you have a short time to answer each one. Lastly, you'll have an in-person interview with the hiring team, which can be anywhere from two to several people asking you stuff.

Intern
Got an email to schedule the first interview which was in my university town, and it was face-to-face. Then got another email for the second interview, this time at the Rowlett office. Got the job offer via email about a week after that.

The recruiters were really professional and nice on the phone. I got a quick response after applying. The interview itself was conducted professionally and courteously, and I felt like they treated me as an equal.
