it was a lengthy interview with motivational question, behavioural question, cognitive assessment, emotional assessment, technical assessment. there were two sections. first was the interview section where we will b asked one motivational question and four behavioural question. and in assessment section we will be asked cognitive assessment, emotional assessment and technical assessment

It was very easy. They asked me about myself, how I deal with a difficult customer, my hobbies outside of work, and activities I'm involved in. They also asked how I handle stress and if I'd be okay with a daily repeating work routine.
