I had my on-campus interview, which was pretty basic. It was a 30-minute conversation with a Manager who had only been with the company for 2 years. They were very nice, which helped calm my nerves. I felt like I did pretty well because I answered all of his questions and even made him smile, but I didn't end up moving on to the next round.

I went through two rounds of interviews. The first round was really easy, focus on talking about your interests and hobbies because they really value that. The second round consisted of four 30-minute interviews with each department head and the owner. They normally do five, but had scheduling conflicts. I felt like I did well, but it didn't seem to matter. Make sure you research all the department heads beforehand. They told one candidate he would get the job, but he didn't, so don't take anything they say too seriously. The rejection email just said the job was too competitive. It felt like a waste of my time since they probably hired an internal candidate. It felt personal because we spent so much time at the office. They asked a few brainteaser/technical questions, including a critical thinking one, one about SQL and joining tables, and one about a business situation. They don't do case interviews. One of the department heads was not friendly and didn't seem to listen. The owner's interview was a bit odd, he interrupted a lot, but he really cares about special interests/hobbies. Be ready to ask lots of questions to the department heads. The break wasn't really a break; consultants and HR were there to chat and answer questions, so be ready for that. Lunch was the best part, it was the most relaxed time and just a casual chat with consultants. It seems like people love working there. I recommend connecting with other candidates on LinkedIn once you reach the second round.

I had an on-campus interview and was invited to an in-office superday with 5 interviews with team members, followed by lunch with associates. While most people were nice, the CEO interview was odd. It was mostly standard behavioral interviews, but 5 in a row was exhausting. After that, no contact until the rejection. The industry is a bit questionable; they handle product liability for companies, like asbestos lawsuits. Pay seems okay, but it feels like a glorified SQL job.

I was recruited from my university. I had two one-on-one interviews and then a super day at the office in DC. During the super day, I interviewed with 5 top executives. Each room had a different topic and set of questions. I was expected to ask the interviewers a lot of questions.
