The interview process was interesting, engaging and straightforward. They didn't give me a lab tour so I first thought I wasn't getting the job. They responded fast and contacted me the same day to offer me the position.

I started by checking in at the front desk and was offered a drink while I waited. Then, I had a one-on-one interview with some of the associate scientists I might be working with, as well as other team members. Everyone was really polite and made me feel welcome.

I got a call from a recruiter, and then set up a phone chat with the hiring manager at Flowmetric in Doylestown, PA. But she didn't remember our interview, so the CEO ended up interviewing me instead. After that, it was a 3-hour in-person meeting, with 30 minutes per person, followed by a presentation. It was wild! So much for professionalism, half the interviewers were ex-pharma employees who got laid off or didn't get their contracts renewed. One person was so rude, she was on her phone the whole time during my presentation because I asked what her job title was. Definitely a disorganized and unprofessional experience. I wouldn't work here even if they offered me the job.

Had an initial recruiter call which went pretty well. They recorded it but asked all the questions before starting the recording. The questions were mostly about my past experience. The hiring manager was unavailable, so I didn't hear back about a second interview for two weeks. Then I got a rejection email before anything was scheduled.
