Casual and pleasant atmosphere, with a discussion about tasks, company background, introductions of participants, the work environment, and special benefits like Christmas bonus, vacation pay, Qualitrain, and working hours. The conversation and communication within the company are on a first-name basis ('Du').

I got a call from KCA's HR to come for an assessment centre, but first I had a phone interview. It was with an HR person, not from engineering, and she asked typical questions like asking for examples of leadership or how I've handled team conflicts. Apparently, no one failed this part. Next, I had to do an online psychometric test, which also had no failures. Then, I went to the assessment centre with 20 other people, split into two groups of 10. The first task involved discussing a passage about a race car driver facing a dilemma about racing due to car issues, given 15 minutes to read and then discuss. After that, there was a 30-minute numerical test, followed by a task to build a tower within a time limit, and finally, a 30-minute abstract test. The actual interview was scheduled for a later date for those who passed the assessment. I didn't make it to the interview because I didn't meet the benchmark on the numerical and abstract tests.

First, we collect all the CVs. After screening the CVs, we send selected candidates an online aptitude test. Then there's a telephonic interview, followed by an assessment day where candidates complete abstract and numerical reasoning questionnaires, and participate in a group debate and a group activity. Finally, there's a one-on-one interview.

It was a face to face interview with the HSE Department. We started with introductions, then they asked questions, and at the end, they asked about my job expectations. After that, I met with HR to talk about benefits and get an offer if everything was confirmed.
