The interview process was relaxed and conversational. I met with the VP of Training and Development, the Director of Recruiting for the Portsmouth office, and one of the Managing Partners. We discussed in depth the details of my prior education and experience while also assessing soft skills in regards to culture fit. I also sat with the team for a morning as well once we were further along in the process.

We had three rounds. First was with the hiring manager. Second was with the partners. Third was with the team (senior employees). All interviews were face-to-face (this was pre-covid). Each interview was one-on-one and held in different offices. The main goal was to see if you could handle the job.
