The interview process was average and pretty straightforward. I did get the job offer in the end, but I had already accepted an offer from another company. The hiring manager was quite upset when I turned down their offer, which was an interesting reaction.

So I had this editing and writing test, then I was on-call for over 2 hours waiting to do a cold reading of a radio script live. I ended up waiting in a cafe, not knowing when they'd call me in - super unprofessional. After the reading, they brought me into an open space and picked apart my CV, telling me that decisions are made top-down and I probably wouldn't hear back for another 2 months. The whole thing took 5 hours. They really didn't respect my time at all.
