So first I talked to the supervisor, then the dept manager. After that, I met the supervisor again and also got to meet the rest of their team. They said an onsite interview was an option but not required. The very last interview was when we talked about salary and benefits, and they got back to me with an offer a few days later.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. They asked about my background and why I'm looking for this position. I've heard that the experience can differ depending on who you talk to, and some interviewers might throw in technical questions.

I had an initial chat with HR that went well, but then I had a second interview with the team leader. That was seriously the hardest interview I've ever had. The manager seemed super arrogant and didn't really engage, barely letting me talk and not giving me a chance to ask anything. Honestly, I'm kind of glad I didn't move forward. It's a shame because KBI needs leaders who are more open to different ideas.

The interview process took over 5 weeks. It began with a recruiter call, followed two weeks later by a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, there was an all-day interview with back-to-back 30-minute sessions with different team members. I still haven't heard back and I'm not expecting to. This was one of the worst interview experiences I've had because after dedicating about 8 hours of my time, I didn't even get an email saying I was rejected. Ghosting is a big problem here and generally. It's unprofessional and hurts a company's image, as 42% of job seekers wouldn't work for a ghosting company. While this is just my experience, the Glassdoor reviews seem to reflect it. My advice to HR is to contact everyone you interview; if you thought they were a good fit for an on-site, they might be in the future, and now they won't reapply. Also, be respectful; interviewees spend time preparing and taking time off, so a response would be appreciated.
