Consultant
So we had 4 interview rounds. The first two were technical, and they were a bit tricky. Then there was a managerial round and an HR round. The managerial round was more about getting a feel for the work culture, the team, and the people. The HR round was mainly a salary discussion.
- All technical questions were asked
- Discussed work culture
- Discussed team dynamics
Project Manager
The recruiter was really nice and explained the job, what it takes, the company culture, and what kind of person does well there. He seemed a bit stressed, probably because he had over 30 roles to fill due to the company growing, which is a good sign. Even though I didn't hear back, I think it would be a great place to work because it's growing and if you like working with dedicated people. It would have been good to at least get a rejection notice, but with so many openings, I get that it's tough for one recruiter to handle all the communication.
- How would people you've worked with before describe you?
- What do you think is your strongest attribute?
Consultant
Long interview process with groups and individuals. Questions weren't too hard, but preparation is key. Some interviews felt like a waste of time, with too many people involved from teams I wouldn't work with again. I did get the offer and accepted.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Associate
Started with a written test, then had 2 technical interviews focusing on Java, J2EE, and SQL. After that, there was a manager round asking about my reasons for changing jobs and my attitude. Finally, an HR round.
- Questions about java, oops, SQL
