I had 3 phone interviews and 2 in-person interviews that I think went well. Afterward, I was told I'd hear back mid-week the following week. When midweek passed, I emailed on Friday afternoon. They said they were still very interested but needed to sort out "salary bands" and would contact me Monday. Monday came and went with no response. I emailed again on Friday. He replied, "Yes, sorry I was in Philadelphia. I will contact you on Monday." Monday arrived, still no response. I emailed again, and he said, "sorry I had to go to DENVER..."

It was a very laid back and relaxed interview. The people I met were cool and seemed like great people to work with. They asked some questions about my personality and what motivates me, and also asked me to list three strengths and talk about my weaknesses.

I had a phone interview, and then they set up an in-person one. The office is pretty far out in Tysons Corner, but the drive wasn't too bad. I met with three managers who were really nice and asked and answered questions thoroughly. They seemed pretty laid back and the office has a young vibe. They all interviewed me in turns and were interactive.
