First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kaztronix.
Technical Recruiter
I had 3 phone interviews and 2 in-person interviews that I think went well. Afterward, I was told I'd hear back mid-week the following week. When midweek passed, I emailed on Friday afternoon. They said they were still very interested but needed to sort out "salary bands" and would contact me Monday. Monday came and went with no response. I emailed again on Friday. He replied, "Yes, sorry I was in Philadelphia. I will contact you on Monday." Monday arrived, still no response. I emailed again, and he said, "sorry I had to go to DENVER..."
- What drives you?
- Is money a motivator for you?
- Are you someone who enjoys being on their phone?
Technical Recruiter
It was a very laid back and relaxed interview. The people I met were cool and seemed like great people to work with. They asked some questions about my personality and what motivates me, and also asked me to list three strengths and talk about my weaknesses.
- When considering career paths, would you prefer to be a prominent figure in a smaller environment or a less prominent figure in a larger one?
Technical Recruiter
I had a phone interview, and then they set up an in-person one. The office is pretty far out in Tysons Corner, but the drive wasn't too bad. I met with three managers who were really nice and asked and answered questions thoroughly. They seemed pretty laid back and the office has a young vibe. They all interviewed me in turns and were interactive.
- What would be your ideal job?
- What's your greatest weakness?
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
Corporate Recruiter
I applied online and did some phone interviews. I was hired without meeting anyone from the company and was asked to start within two weeks.
- What motivates you?
