Overall, it was a great interview experience, a 10/10. It felt more like a conversation than just being bombarded with questions. The interviewer was very friendly and nice, spoke highly of the firm, and gave me plenty of opportunities to ask my own questions.

I had a first phone screen with a company rep, and then a second phone interview with someone from the team. We talked about my background, the job, and the company culture. I was pretty keen to move forward, but then I didn't hear back about their decision.

Pretty average process overall. Intro call with VP, then a case study where you have to come up with 3 investment/company ideas based off a picture, and then an on-site super-day which is a full day of interviews. It's a normal growth equity interview process.

It was a pretty standard interview process. I had two 30-minute phone interviews, and then an in-person super day. I also had to do two case studies: one was a take-home assignment before the super day, and the other was done during the super day itself.
