First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kavaliro.
Business Analyst
This is a typical bottom-tier staffing firm trying to push low-level jobs aggressively. If you have to push hard just to get basic info like pay and the company name, it's a red flag that you won't be impressed with the details once they're revealed.
- What's your earliest availability?
- Is working onsite an option for you?
- What would you say your Excel skills are like?
Senior System Engineer
The interview process was interesting and a little uncommon. There were long gaps most likely due to the nature of the position and the location of the position. Overall the interview process was not grueling.
- Do you have experience with scripting languages?
Human Resources Assistant
I interviewed for this role at the Jacksonville office about a month and a half ago. It took 3 weeks for them to call me back. Then I had to drive to Jacksonville again for a second interview, which was a 4-hour round trip. It felt like a waste of time since I just interviewed with someone else. Two weeks later, I still haven't heard anything. I've tried calling and emailing them, but they are ignoring me. I find this very unprofessional and a waste of my time.
- Can you tell me about your experience in your previous job?
Internal Position
It was a long process, I met with all the C-suite execs and some other people. It was very thorough. It was based on my resume and included several phone calls, then a face-to-face meeting. The office vibe is awesome, everyone is passionate, it's fun, and they are driven to grow their market share. They move quickly but maintain quality. The company and the leadership team are very impressive.
- Can you tell us about your passion?
- What drives you, your 'fire in your belly'?
- Do you possess integrity?
