The interview process was pretty straightforward. I spoke with people at different levels. They also had me take a personality test. The whole thing moved pretty fast and communication was good. They seem really focused on sales ability. They only mentioned the good things about the company, not any downsides.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

So I had a phone screening first, then I talked to the department manager, then I interviewed with the department directors. After that, I had to do a case study presentation where I had to do a P&L trend analysis. The questions covered my background and experience, some technical finance/accounting stuff, and the case study itself.

Behavioral Technical

I applied on their website and heard back with a phone interview invite two days later. The first interview was with the recruiter, who was friendly and enthusiastic. They talked about the role and the company, and asked me what I was looking for. A few days after that, I was invited for an in-person interview at their office. I met with three people I'd be working with. The interview went well, and they made me feel at ease. There weren't any tough, unexpected questions, and I got to speak with each person one-on-one. Some typical questions came up, but I was ready for them.

Behavioral Technical Coding

First, I had a recruiter call where we discussed the job in detail and they asked about my background and schooling. Then, I was given a personal index assessment that took about two days to complete. After that, I had an interview with the recruiter and three members of the management team. The recruiter mentioned meeting management, but didn't mention a 20-question calculation assessment. Be ready! You'll get a two-page packet (front and back) and be left alone to finish it. If your skills aren't sharp, prepare beforehand. After finishing the quiz, you'll meet interviewers one-on-one. They'll have your assessment scores and go over any questions you found difficult. The interview questions were pretty standard, asking about why you're interested in the company and what you know. The recruiter said they'd get back to me within a week, but after sending a follow-up email, I haven't heard anything.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • How did you handle the assessment, especially since there was no prior preparation?
