First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kateeva.
Systems Technician
First there was a phone interview. Then, I had an in-person interview which consisted of five 30-minute interviews with two floor managers, one supervisor, one senior manufacturing engineer, and one HR rep. After I was selected, I had to do a background check, which took about two weeks.
- What makes you want to work at Kateeva?
Software Engineer
I interviewed 3 times over 7 months. After meeting with their HR rep, I was told to wait for my pre-offer in a few days. Then they told me the position was being discussed by higher-ups. They had to decide whether they wanted someone temporary or an intern. This dragged on for about a month and then I was told that the position was no longer available. People here seemed really great, but the process was really frustrating.
- What do you envision for your future?
System Technician
The interview process from 2 years ago, back in May 2015, started with a phone interview. Following that, there was a personal one-on-one interview with management personnel. This included one-on-one meetings and rotation meetings with the lead, manufacturing engineering, and the manager and director (there was no supervisor at that time).
- Can you share your past work experience?
Senior Mechanical Engineer
It was a face-to-face interview with 3 directors. The questions weren't hard, and I could answer them all. The people were nice and you could tell they were passionate about their work. This was during the boom times though, so things might be different now.
- What is your desired salary?
