A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. After a waiting period of about a week or two for a meeting slot, I had to be ready for an impromptu meeting with short notice. I met with two KP employees. Although I wasn't hired for that initial role, I was brought on as a temp a few months later, and the position eventually became permanent.
