It was a pretty standard interview process. First, I had a technical interview with an architect and a technical manager, where we went through some technical and logical scenarios. After that, there was a code assignment, followed by an HR round. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I received a job offer in the end.

The interview and hiring process were pretty standard. I applied online and was contacted by their HR/recruiter in about a week or so. The interview was scheduled maybe 2 weeks after the phone conversation. They do make you do a presentation. So you are given a list of 6 topics to choose from and give a summary on it and present it to the panel of interviewers in 2-3 minutes. You are interviewed from a group of 2-3 people. Know you resume because they will ask questions from it.

Recruiters found me and set up a phone interview with the lead developer and PM. It lasted about an hour and was kinda technical, with some questions needing thought. After that went well, I went on-site for interviews with the manager, lead dev, and PM. The chat with the PM and lead dev was quick since we'd already talked. But the manager was something else. He asked me two questions, and after I gave solutions, he went line by line explaining why I was wrong and didn't know how to program. The rest of the interview felt like an interrogation, asking why I became a developer if I can't program. Overall, a really bad experience with the manager.

Had one phone screen and then an in-person interview. I was supposed to interview with three other developers, but only one was available. He asked me a few technical questions and then left. I never heard back, even though the recruiter said he'd update me within 3 days, positive or negative. A week passed with no word. I tried emailing, but got no response. When I called to follow up, he promised a response, but three days later, still nothing. If you're going to promise something, please deliver, even if it's negative, instead of ghosting me.
