They went straight into a design test, asking for a full project in under a week. After I sent it, no response. I talked to someone else who interviewed there, and they had the exact same experience, never hearing back. Not sure if they are just ignoring applicants or using designers' ideas. So the interview process for an Editor at BMJ's Noida office has a few steps to check your editorial skills and if you'd fit in. First, they look at your CV and cover letter. If you make the cut, you'll get a written test by email to see how organized and good you are at editing. Pass that, and you're off to a panel interview with some senior editors. Finally, HR will chat with you about salary and other stuff.
