Full Stack Engineer Intern
The process was good and fair, I had a pleasant experience. They were respectful throughout the process and flexible with timings when I asked to change them. They responded immediately to all queries. I had to submit a project first, and then got a call for an interview.

Registered Behavior Technician
The interview process, lasting about 30 to 60 minutes, is typically led by a BCBA or the hiring manager. Expect questions on fundamental ABA concepts, such as reinforcement and ABC data. They'll also inquire about your experience with children or individuals with disabilities. You might face scenario-based questions, like how you would handle aggression or tantrums. Additionally, they'll assess your communication and teamwork abilities.

It was nice, they were friendly. They listen and make sure you feel comfortable. They are very accommodating, a nice experience. It gave me more insight when applying job to different companies

The test was with around 100 people. First, there was a logical test to do within a time limit. Then, there was an introduction to the company. What I liked about the hiring process is that the results were available after the 2-hour test.
