The recruitment process was really disorganized. After my second interview out of four, they told me I was advancing, but then emailed two hours later to say the role was filled and I was being considered for an associate CSM position. I continued with the interviews, completing all four, including the final one. After a good final interview with the Global Head of CS, they said I'd hear back by the end of the week. I didn't hear anything and had to follow up multiple times before getting an automated rejection email without any feedback. Having gone through four rounds, this feels disrespectful and makes me question what it would be like to work there.

Applied online and then had a recruiter screening. It was easy and straightforward, but it felt more like a technical or hiring manager interview than a recruiter interview because they asked a lot of job-related, technical, and past experience questions. They emphasized your ability to generate more revenue, play a strategic role, and manage hundreds of accounts, which seemed impossible to me.

The interview started with a 20-minute phone screen with a contract recruiter, which ended up lasting over an hour. It was a good chat, but the unexpected length was annoying. Next, there was a video interview with the Head of HR. While I usually like a thorough process, this one felt off. The interviewer seemed frustrated and said my answers weren't good enough, which felt dismissive. It would have been better if he'd been more encouraging, even if I wasn't performing well, as it impacts the employer brand. I also thought his insights on leadership were weak; when asked about his style, he just said it varied, which isn't very helpful. It was a missed chance to show company culture. This interview really confirmed for me that it was okay they decided not to move forward.

The whole process was a mess, it took five weeks to get any kind of response after the final stage. They only gave limited feedback and there were 2-3 weeks between each of the three stages. I finished what seemed like the final stage in mid-August and they said I'd hear back the next day or early the following week. Then I got some emails from a new hire saying they were still reviewing candidates. It ended up being five weeks before they finally told me they'd offered the job to someone else.
