It was 3 phone calls with HR, then 2 calls with managers. The final call was with the supervisor. There was no technical test. Everyone was easy to talk to and they responded fast. They did a really thorough background check. Overall, the process was pretty easy and very straightforward.

This interview was tough. The interviewer seemed more focused on 'metrics' and 'analytics,' like who keeps records of every sale, almost as if they didn't review my resume. This company seems to be looking for formally educated individuals rather than 'salesmen.' Every question was about education or analytics, as if they expected a math equation. Nothing about my sales experience was asked. They hire based on degrees and resumes, not talent, which might explain their high turnover.

The first step was a recruiter call which went well, since my background and career aspirations were a good match for the role. The next interview was with the hiring manager and it was quite difficult and felt unprofessional. For the first 15 minutes, they explained the company and team, and I wasn't able to ask any questions. When I started discussing my experience, they kept interrupting me to ask about technical specifics of my past projects without asking about the overall experience. The interviewer rushed me while I was explaining, saying "yeah, yeah, yeah". It felt more like an interrogation than an interview. After about 10 minutes of this, I hadn't even finished talking about my overall experience and what I could offer, and they said they were looking for someone "more senior" and ended the call.

The interview process was of average difficulty, covering machine learning concepts, puzzles, and discussions about prior projects. I applied for Clickscient, a new Indian subsidiary of Kapitus. They extended an offer, but when I couldn't shorten my notice period, they withdrew it. The HR was unprofessional. They should have been clear about their priorities from the start. Be cautious before joining, as the poor culture is evident in how HR treats people.
