It felt like they already knew who they would hire and did the interview with me just for formality. I was asked technical questions that weren't related to the job description. The person asking the technical questions was trying to satisfy his ego by attempting to belittle my knowledge (poor guy, he needs to work on his insecurities).

It started off well and quickly, but after the initial evaluation interview, HR became unresponsive without outright rejecting me, which was unprofessional. The reason for the silence is they keep you on standby until they decide they want you, while they proceed with their primary candidates. If those candidates work out, they won't update you on your status, leaving you ignored – very disrespectful. They don't even offer feedback; they treat you like trash they don't need. It felt like they weren't considering me as a person but just a disposable resource.

I went through 3 interview stages. First up was a chat with an HR specialist, pretty straightforward, asking about my education, job history, and if I knew my stuff in HR analytics. Then came the technical interview, where they hit me with practical Excel stuff, basic stats theory, and more on my work experience. They said it's pretty chill if you've got decent knowledge and 1-2 years in. Finally, I met the director of HR, who was super nice and asked about my life journey, work history, and what I see myself doing down the line.

The interview process involved two interviewers who asked questions seemingly unrelated to the product's quality. At times, they struggled to comprehend correct answers or attempted to prove me wrong. The technical team inquired about salary expectations, and interestingly, when an offer was declined, they presented a revised, higher offer.
