Case Presentation

This was for an internal role, but the appointments kept being moved, making it very hard to go through the interview process. I had to complete an external case study even though it was an internal role. Eventually, we couldn't agree on salary. A final meeting was set up, but the person was 20 minutes late. It turned out they weren't going to raise the salary anymore, so I walked out. Not sure why I was asked to come.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

There were three rounds of interviews. The first interview was conducted by an external company that focuses on English proficiency to assess candidates' speaking abilities. The second round involved basic logic and math questions, conducted with one of the supervisors. The third interview required preparing and delivering a slide presentation to a group of supervisors within a time limit, also in English.

Behavioral Technical

It was a smooth process. They asked a lot about normal working experiences. They asked how I see myself in 5 years and my aims. The process was quite simple: first a call with HR, then lined up with the managers, and a last meeting with HR to discuss salary.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

I had an in-person interview at my school. It was straightforward with behavioral, situational, and one market sizing question. Then, I had a phone call where I was given an unordered presentation and data points. I had 30 minutes to look them over, followed by a 30-minute conversation with a senior analyst discussing the project and my solutions. The final round was on-site, with three interviews, one for each team. These included many behavioral and situational questions about the general retail business, a quick and easy analytical question, and a market sizing question. Finally, I had to give a presentation to a few consultants, where I was given a deck and 15 minutes to arrange and prepare it.
