I emailed my resume, cover letter, and references to HR. Then I got an email back to schedule a phone interview. After that, I was emailed to schedule an in-person interview and walk-through. About two weeks later, they called to offer me the job, pending a background check. I did the paperwork via email. The whole thing took about 2 months from applying to starting. Now they have you apply and upload stuff on the website, no need to email anyone directly.

It was a pretty standard behavioral interview process. I had to go through a few rounds to meet with everyone on the team. We also had lunch with one of the staff members. The university covered my hotel and flight.
