It was an interdepartmental meeting with two managers, essentially about restructuring and moving staff around to fit the company's goals. I didn't really have to answer any questions. The gist of it was an offer to move to a different position rather than an offer to have a buyout. I wouldn't have had a choice. If I didn't accept, I would have been let go.

Applied through LinkedIn. HR called to set up an interview. Then I met with a Sales Manager outside the office. After that, I was brought into the office to meet some of the higher-ups. Finally, I met with another Sales Manager, who I would end up working for.

Behavioral Presentation Case

It was a cattle call interview. I sat in line waiting for my turn in the room. I met with a group of District Managers in their Overland Park office (now closed). Six managers and the company trainer were present. It was an open forum questioning with no certain order of questioning. My minimum salary requirements were below what their territorial reps were making and they thanked me for my time. Shortly after leaving the interview I was contacted about a different sales position which I then interviewed for. This interview was with one district manager and the sales trainer at the main office. After a series of questions I was given a test where they provided a dossier of a fictions city and unhappy customer whom I would be taking over as a new rep. I was given 60 minutes to prepare then allowed to give a sales presentation to the interviewing team as if they were the customer.

The campus interview process was a bit disorganized. The interviewer was told about the interview just the day before and it was a past interview. They were kind of dismissive about my past experiences and why certain coverage decisions were made.
