I first connected with the company at my college's career fair back in mid-September. They set up an interview for the very next day. Then, I had my second interview in person at their office in early November. The first interview was with two regular engineers and mostly involved behavioral questions. The second interview had three separate 1-on-1 meetings with managers from different teams who might want to hire me. The first manager I met was apparently the most interested. Most of the questions were behavioral, but some were specific to the team's work and my past experience. About a week after that, the first manager I met called me with the offer.
