Behavioral Other

The interview process included a Teams meeting followed by an in-person meeting. It felt more like a chat than a formal interview, it flowed organically. I appreciated having two interviews and the chance to visit the office to get a sense of the work environment. I spoke with two different interviewers, which gave me insight into who I'd be working with and their personalities.
