Assistant Manager
For Mechanical candidates, most of questions are related to manufacturing processes, drawing reading and GDnT. I got 2 chances over phone call after PI regarding salary. I had asked for 6.50 LPA however HR focus on previous designation and salary only regardless of merit. So accepted on 4.20 LPA as compared to 3.80 LPA from previous employer.

So, there was no group discussion, just a direct interview. They were looking for candidates with a Mechanical/Production/Metallurgy Engineering background. The interview lasted about 50 minutes and included questions related to the CV, the job profile, and some grilling to ensure everything on the CV was accurate.
